I’m officially 6 months into being a mom of two under two! While it IS getting a bit easier (Ash and Ever are really starting to interact with each other *swoon*) I am still trying to find that happy place where I am able to take a breath for a minute!

Lunch time is often the craziest in our house. I’m usually running home from a morning at the playground or play date just in time for E & A to both eat lunch and then attempt to lay them down for naps at the same time.

Key word ATTEMPT.

If I do magically get both to fall asleep, after doing a happy dance, I run to do something productive or somewhat relaxing. i.e. take a shower, workout, run on the treadmill in the garage, or actually EAT LUNCH!

Moms, raise your hands if lunch often consists of you eating the scraps your toddler left on his/her highchair!

I have found the perfect mom lunchtime hack! The new Tai Pei Single Serve Entrees!

Each of these entrees is made with real ingredients and without preservatives or anything artificial. The veggies taste so fresh and even have that “crunch factor” when taking a bite! You would never know these came out of the freezer aisle.

If you follow me on Instagram (especially in stories) you’ll see I’ve been trying to eat healthier and workout as much as possible to get all of the baby weight off + some! The thing that I love most about these entrees is that they only range between 400-500 calories per entree and I feel FULL. And these are also perfect for those Friday or Saturday night Chinese takeout cravings!

I purchased the Sweet & Sour Chicken, Beef & Broccoli, Chicken Chow Mein, Chicken Fried Rice, and the Orange Chicken entrees…my favorite being the Beef & Broccoli! All of the entrees are really flavorful and they feature infused rice that adds to the flavor.

The one thing that I would have wished is that they have more chicken/beef in the meat entrees! They use really great sizes of chicken/beef that are flavorful but I wish there were just a few more pieces and less rice. But overall, these are perfect for lunch and dinner and a great serving size.

And it doesn’t get much easier to cook! With the all new packaging it’s as simple as popping the cup into the microwave and voila! You now have yourself a delish, fresh tasting lunch!

Lunch no longer has to be boring with so many budget friendly options to choose from! To locate the nearest freezer section near you that carries Tai Pei entrees, visit here!
